1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuantumRead ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • One account per person. Automated account creation is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to distribute copyrighted content without authorisation.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the AI system or book content.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian or international law.
  • Impersonate any person or organisation.
  • Circumvent usage quotas or access controls.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Books uploaded by publishers remain the property of their respective copyright holders. AI-generated responses are provided for personal learning only and do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice. QuantumRead's platform design, code, and branding are proprietary.

5. Publisher and Author Accounts

Publishers uploading content to QuantumRead confirm they hold the rights to distribute that content and agree to our Publisher Agreement available on request. QuantumRead reserves the right to remove content that violates copyright or our content standards.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for valid technical reasons. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuantumRead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
